O INTERNATIONAL / GIBBS VC
The following Terms and Conditions set forth the agreement between the participant and CJO Events LLC, O International, and/or their affiliated entities, including Gibbs VC, doing business as Cancun Jumpoff ("Cancun Jumpoff," "CJO," "we," "our," or "us"), under which the parties mutually agree to be bound. International Student Tours, Inc., a California corporation doing business as ISTours ("ISTours"), located at 2330 East Bidwell Street, Suite 201, Folsom, California 95630, provides limited administrative services on behalf of Cancun Jumpoff (CJO)/O International/CJO Events LLC/Gibbs VC, including online reservation management, customer support related to reservations, and payment processing. ISTours is not the owner, operator, organizer, promoter, or provider of the Cancun Jumpoff event, accommodations, activities, transportation, or other travel services and assumes no responsibility for the operation or delivery of the event or its components. In consideration of the participants' payment of the required non-refundable deposit and tour package price, including all applicable add-ons and fees, Cancun Jumpoff agrees to provide the selected event package in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. If the participant is under eighteen (18) years of age at the time this application is signed, the participant's parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) must also sign the application. The participant's signature, together with the signature(s) of the participant's parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s), where applicable, constitutes acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Cancun Jumpoff and ISTours shall not be responsible for forged signatures on this application. Additionally, the participant's payment of the required non-refundable deposit, payment toward the reservation, or participation in the event shall constitute the participant's acceptance of and agreement to these Terms and Conditions, regardless of whether a signed application has been received. Role of ISTours: International Student Tours, Inc. ("ISTours") acts solely as an independent administrative service provider on behalf of Cancun Jumpoff for reservation management, payment processing, and customer support related to reservations. ISTours does not own, operate, organize, manage, supervise, sponsor, or control the Cancun Jumpoff event, its accommodations, activities, venues, transportation providers, vendors, or other travel services, and shall have no liability arising from the operation, performance, cancellation, modification, or delivery of the event or any component thereof.
IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT - READ CAREFULLY!
INTERPRETATION OF TERMS: For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below. These definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. Participant means any individual who registers for, purchases, participates in, or otherwise attends the Cancun Jumpoff event, regardless of whether the individual reserves a Hotel Package or an Event-Only Package. Registered Account Holder (Primary Account Holder) means the Participant who initially creates the Reservation/Booking, accepts these Terms and Conditions, and is designated as the primary individual responsible for the Reservation/Booking. Unless expressly provided otherwise in these Terms and Conditions, only the Registered Account Holder has the authority to request or approve Reservation/Booking changes, rooming changes, name changes, cancellations, or other modifications affecting the Reservation/Booking. Reservation/Booking means the Participant's confirmed booking for a Hotel Package or Event-Only Package, together with all associated Participants, room assignments, payments, the assigned Confirmation Number/Traveler ID Number (account number), and all related services purchased or reserved through Cancun Jumpoff. Hotel Package (Adventure (Hotel) Package) means any Cancun Jumpoff package that includes hotel accommodations together with applicable event admissions and any additional services, activities, benefits, or inclusions identified as part of the purchased package. Hotel Packages are subject to the specific terms, deadlines, fees, cancellation provisions, rooming requirements, payment requirements, and Reservation/Booking policies set forth in these Terms and Conditions. Event-Only Package (Event-Only Party Package) means any Cancun Jumpoff package that includes event admissions and related event activities without hotel accommodations. Event-Only Packages are subject to the specific terms, deadlines, fees, cancellation provisions, payment requirements, and Reservation/Booking policies set forth in these Terms and Conditions. Independent Supplier(s) means any third-party hotel, resort, transportation provider, airline, transfer company, motorcoach operator, activity provider, venue, restaurant, destination management company, event service provider, insurance provider, payment processor, governmental authority, or other person or entity providing goods or services in connection with the Cancun Jumpoff event that is not owned, operated, managed, or controlled by Cancun Jumpoff. Each Independent Supplier is solely responsible for the goods and services it provides and for its own acts, omissions, policies, procedures, and operational decisions. Confirmation Number/Traveler ID Number means the unique identification number assigned to each Participant's Reservation/Booking for identification, payment processing, reservation administration, customer support, and other administrative purposes. Any reference in these Terms and Conditions to a Confirmation Number or Traveler ID Number refers to the same unique Reservation/Booking identification number.
1) RESPONSIBILITY: For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "Cancun Jumpoff," "CJO," "we," "our," or "us" shall collectively mean CJO Events LLC, O International, Gibbs VC, and their affiliated entities, together with their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, contractors, successors, assigns, and authorized agents, who are the sole owners, organizers, promoters, operators, administrators, and contracting parties responsible for the Cancun Jumpoff event and its associated travel packages. International Student Tours, Inc. ("ISTours"), a California corporation located at 2330 East Bidwell Street, Suite 201, Folsom, California 95630, has been retained solely as an independent administrative service provider to perform online reservation management, payment processing, reservation support, and related customer service functions on behalf of Cancun Jumpoff. ISTours is not the owner, organizer, operator, promoter, manager, sponsor, travel provider, hotel provider, transportation provider, or supplier of the Cancun Jumpoff event or any related travel services. All decisions regarding event operations, accommodations, transportation, activities, package offerings, pricing, cancellations, modifications, refunds, participant eligibility, safety protocols, and event administration are made exclusively by Cancun Jumpoff. Accordingly, ISTours assumes no responsibility or liability for the operation, management, supervision, or delivery of the event or any services provided by Cancun Jumpoff or its Independent Supplier(s). Cancun Jumpoff arranges with independent third-party suppliers to provide participants with transportation, hotel accommodations, event admissions, transfers, and other travel-related services included within the participant's selected package. Although Cancun Jumpoff exercises reasonable care in selecting these suppliers, neither Cancun Jumpoff nor ISTours owns, operates, manages, supervises, or controls these independent companies or service providers. Accordingly, all transportation carriers, hotels, resorts, restaurants, transfer providers, excursion operators, local guides, entertainment venues, and other suppliers providing goods or services in connection with the participant's trip are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, partners, joint venturers, or representatives of Cancun Jumpoff or ISTours. All tickets, confirmations, coupons, receipts, vouchers, discounts, reservations, and other travel documents issued by any supplier shall be subject solely to the terms, conditions, rules, policies, and limitations established by the applicable supplier. Unless caused directly by the negligence or willful misconduct of Cancun Jumpoff, neither Cancun Jumpoff nor ISTours shall be responsible or liable for any acts, omissions, negligence, errors, breaches of contract, failures to perform, delays, cancellations, substitutions, overbookings, interruptions, or other conduct of any independent supplier providing transportation, accommodations, food service, entertainment, sightseeing, transfers, excursions, or other travel-related services. Without limiting the foregoing, neither Cancun Jumpoff nor ISTours shall be liable for personal injury, illness, death, property damage, financial loss, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, loss of pay, disappointment, emotional distress, frustration, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the acts or omissions of any independent supplier, including but not limited to any carrier, airline, hotel, resort, transportation company, restaurant, local ground handler, entertainer, sightseeing operator, or other provider of travel services. If the travel services or any component of the participant's trip are prevented, restricted, delayed, modified, interrupted, or otherwise affected by events or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Cancun Jumpoff, Cancun Jumpoff shall not be liable for any resulting claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses. Such events or circumstances include, but are not limited to: Acts of civil or military authorities; Federal, state, provincial, local, or foreign laws, statutes, ordinances, regulations, governmental actions, orders, or agency directives; Border closures or travel restrictions; Acts of the public enemy; Acts of terrorism or threats of terrorism; Criminal activity; War or armed conflict; Riots; Embargoes; Civil commotion; Insurrection; Strikes, labor disputes, or labor unrest; Acts of God; Attacks by animals; Severe weather or climatic conditions; Storms, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, earthquakes, wildfires, volcanic activity, or other natural disasters; Fire; Power outages or communication line failures; Mechanical or structural failures or difficulties; Disease, epidemic, pandemic, public health emergency, sickness, quarantine, or other communicable illness; Food poisoning; Food allergies; Unsafe sanitary conditions; Accidents or illnesses occurring in remote locations where emergency medical facilities, transportation, evacuation, or assistance may be limited or unavailable; Supplier insolvency or cessation of operations; or Any other event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Cancun Jumpoff. Neither Cancun Jumpoff nor ISTours shall be responsible for the acts or omissions of any carrier, supplier, or independent service provider, including, but not limited to: Breach of contract by an airline, transportation carrier, hotel, resort, restaurant, local ground handler, entertainer, sightseeing operator, excursion provider, or any other travel supplier; Failure of any supplier to comply with applicable federal, state, local, or foreign laws or regulations, including, without limitation, the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"; www.ada.gov), where applicable; Flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, missed connections, denied boarding, overbooking, equipment substitutions, baggage delays, or other interruptions to transportation services; Hotel overbookings, room substitutions, maintenance issues, service interruptions, renovation projects, or unavailable amenities; Cancellation, delay, interruption, modification, or failure of any transportation, accommodation, activity, excursion, event, or other travel service; or Any negligent or intentional act or omission of an independent supplier. Accordingly, except where prohibited by applicable law or where directly caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of Cancun Jumpoff, neither Cancun Jumpoff nor ISTours shall assume or be held liable for any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including, without limitation: Personal injury; Illness; Death; Property damage; Financial loss; Loss of wages or income; Additional travel expenses; Delay; Inconvenience; Loss of enjoyment; Emotional distress; Mental anguish; Upset; Disappointment; Frustration; or Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the participant's trip, the Cancun Jumpoff event, or any travel services provided by independent third-party suppliers. The participant acknowledges and agrees that participation in travel and event-related activities involves inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care exercised by Cancun Jumpoff, its suppliers, or any third party. By voluntarily participating in the Cancun Jumpoff event, the participant knowingly and voluntarily assumes all such inherent risks associated with travel and participation in the event. The participant assumes full responsibility for obtaining, maintaining, and complying with all passport, visa, vaccination, health, customs, immigration, and other travel entry requirements applicable to each destination included in the participant's travel itinerary. The participant further acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for verifying all applicable travel documentation requirements and for ensuring compliance with all laws, regulations, and governmental requirements before and during travel. The participant further assumes complete and full responsibility and hereby releases Cancun Jumpoff from any duty or obligation to verify passport validity, visa requirements, vaccination requirements, travel documentation, entry requirements, or the safety and security conditions of any destination during the course of the participant's travel. Although ISTours may provide general travel information as part of its administrative support services on behalf of Cancun Jumpoff, such information is provided solely as a courtesy and shall not create any responsibility or liability on the part of ISTours. Cancun Jumpoff and ISTours strongly recommend that participants review the most current travel advisories and information published by the U.S. Department of Transportation (www.dot.gov), the Federal Aviation Administration (www.faa.gov), and the U.S. Department of State (www.state.gov) prior to and during travel. Cancun Jumpoff reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, substitute, or make changes to the published itinerary whenever, in its judgment, circumstances warrant, or when such changes are deemed necessary for the comfort, convenience, operational requirements, or safety of the trip or its participants. Cancun Jumpoff further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline to accept any person as a participant, or to require any participant to withdraw from the trip or event at any time if such action is determined to be in the best interest of the health, safety, welfare, or enjoyment of the participant, other participants, Cancun Jumpoff personnel, or the event as a whole. Under such circumstances, no refund shall be provided except where otherwise required by applicable law. In the event of overbooking or other operational necessity, Cancun Jumpoff reserves the right, without liability, to substitute an alternate hotel, motorcoach, airline transportation, or other travel component of equal or greater value without penalty or additional cost to the participant. Baggage and all personal belongings remain at all times the sole responsibility of the participant. Neither Cancun Jumpoff nor ISTours shall be responsible or liable for lost, stolen, delayed, misplaced, or damaged baggage or personal property, including, but not limited to, passports, travel documentation, identification, luggage, cameras, mobile phones, electronic devices, computers, tablets, watches, jewelry, cash, clothing, medications, or any other personal belongings. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or co-ownership between Cancun Jumpoff and ISTours. ISTours' role is expressly limited to providing online reservation management, payment processing, reservation support, and related customer service functions on behalf of Cancun Jumpoff. All decisions regarding event operations, accommodations, transportation, activities, package offerings, pricing, cancellations, modifications, refunds, participant eligibility, safety protocols, supplier selection, and event administration are made exclusively by Cancun Jumpoff. Accordingly, ISTours assumes no responsibility or liability for the ownership, operation, management, supervision, or delivery of the Cancun Jumpoff event or any services provided by Cancun Jumpoff or its Independent Supplier(s).

Reservations for Hotel Packages, including requests to add a new room reservation or additional room occupant, received on or after March 12, 2027, require payment in full at the time of booking, together with a $50.00 late fee per person, plus any applicable package price increase that has occurred since the original package became available for sale. All reservations are accepted by Cancun Jumpoff ("CJO") on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. International Student Tours, Inc. ("ISTours"), acting solely in its administrative capacity on behalf of Cancun Jumpoff, administers the online reservation system, processes participant payments, and provides reservation-related customer service. The administration of reservations, collection of payments, and provision of customer support by ISTours shall not be construed as creating any ownership interest, operational responsibility, contractual obligation, or liability on the part of ISTours for the operation, management, supervision, or delivery of the Cancun Jumpoff event or any travel services provided by Cancun Jumpoff or its Independent Supplier(s). If a reservation request accompanied by payment cannot be accommodated due to availability or space limitations, the participant's payment shall be returned to the original form of payment within fifteen (15) business days. Alternatively, with the participant's authorization, ISTours, acting solely in its administrative capacity on behalf of Cancun Jumpoff, may retain the participant's payment and place the participant on a Waitlist until hotel space becomes available. Placement on the Waitlist does not guarantee reservation confirmation, package availability, hotel accommodations, or event admission. If hotel space does not become available, the participant may submit a written request to cancel their Waitlist reservation and receive any refund for which they may be eligible under these Terms and Conditions. If permitted by Cancun Jumpoff, reservation change requests are subject to availability, supplier restrictions, and the approval of Cancun Jumpoff and may be subject to a $50.00 change fee per approved change, in addition to any applicable name change fees, package price adjustments, supplier-imposed charges, or other fees required under these Terms and Conditions. Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Visa, and Mastercard are accepted forms of payment. Prepaid debit cards and gift cards are not accepted for any reservation or payment. The final payment deadline for both Hotel Packages and Event-Only Packages reserved during the applicable payment plan period is March 12, 2027. Once a participant's required deposit is received, the participant will receive a confirmation billing statement by email that includes the participant's name and assigned Confirmation Number/Traveler ID Number. The Confirmation Number/Traveler ID Number should be included on all correspondence, payments, and reservation requests regarding the participant's reservation. Online debit and credit card payments may only be made through the official Cancun Jumpoff website at www.cancunjumpoff.com. Credit card statements for online payments will appear as International Student Tours, Inc. (ISTours). ISTours processes online payments solely in its administrative capacity on behalf of Cancun Jumpoff and assumes no ownership interest, operational responsibility, contractual obligation, or liability for the Cancun Jumpoff event or any travel services provided by Cancun Jumpoff or its Independent Supplier(s). Full payment must be received by the close of business on March 12, 2027, for all reservations that qualify for the applicable payment plan. Reservations not paid in full by the final payment deadline may be automatically cancelled by Cancun Jumpoff, and all applicable cancellation penalties and fees set forth in these Terms and Conditions shall apply. A $20.00 bank service fee will be assessed for each returned check, and a $10.00 bank service fee will be assessed for each declined or refused credit or debit card transaction. Any trip credits, account credits, promotional credits, booking credits, vouchers, discounts, or other promotional incentives are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value, unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms and Conditions. Any participant whose reservation has been the subject of a credit card chargeback during the current or any previous Cancun Jumpoff event year shall no longer be eligible to submit online debit or credit card payments for future reservations unless otherwise approved in writing by Cancun Jumpoff. Any future payments required for such participant's reservation must be made by Cashier's Check or Money Order only. Cancun Jumpoff reserves the right to refuse online payment privileges for any participant whose reservation has been associated with a chargeback or disputed payment. If otherwise eligible to attend the event, a participant whose online payment privileges have been revoked due to a chargeback may purchase an eligible package on-site in Cancun using cash at the last publicly advertised package price available on www.cancunjumpoff.com, subject to package availability and all other applicable Terms and Conditions.
3) PAYMENTS: Once a reservation has been confirmed, participants enrolled in an eligible payment plan are required to make mandatory monthly progress payments toward their selected package. Monthly progress payments are available only until one (1) day prior to the final payment deadline of March 12, 2027, at which time the participant's remaining balance must be paid in full. Payment plans for Event-Only Packages are available only to participants whose reservations are received on or before December 31, 2026. Reservations for Event-Only Packages received on or after January 1, 2027, require payment in full at the time of booking. Payment plans for Hotel Packages are available only for reservations received through March 11, 2027. Reservations for Hotel Packages received on or after March 12, 2027, including requests to add a new room reservation or additional room occupant, require payment in full at the time of booking, together with the applicable $50.00 late fee and any package price increase that has occurred since the original package became available for sale. Complete payment for all reservations participating in the payment plan must be received no later than the close of business on March 12, 2027. There shall be no exceptions or extensions to the final payment deadline. Participants who fail to maintain their required monthly progress payments may have their reservation placed into an unconfirmed "Pending" status and may be subject to cancellation. Should a cancelled reservation be eligible for reinstatement, reinstatement shall be subject to package availability at the time of the request, the current package price advertised by Cancun Jumpoff, and payment of the applicable $50.00 reinstatement fee per package, together with any other applicable fees required under these Terms and Conditions. Debit and credit card payments may only be submitted online through the official Cancun Jumpoff website at www.cancunjumpoff.com. Gift cards and prepaid debit or credit cards are not accepted for payment. Neither Cancun Jumpoff nor International Student Tours, Inc. ("ISTours"), acting solely in its administrative capacity on behalf of Cancun Jumpoff, shall be responsible for misdirected payments resulting from participant error or payments submitted through unauthorized methods. Bookings received on or after January 1, 2027, for Event-Only Packages require payment in full at the time of booking. Bookings received on or after March 12, 2027, for Hotel Packages require payment in full at the time of booking, together with the applicable $50.00 late fee. Do not submit post-dated checks or post-dated payments, as they will not be accepted or processed. Hotel Package participants requesting to add an additional room occupant or a new room to an existing reservation before March 12, 2027, shall be required to submit a new $150.00 per person non-refundable and non-transferable booking deposit for each additional participant. Any additional room occupant or room approved by Cancun Jumpoff shall also be subject to the applicable $50.00 late fee per person, per room, together with any package price increase that has occurred since the original reservation or package booking date. Requests to add an additional room occupant or new room received on or after March 12, 2027, shall require payment in full at the time of the request for each additional participant or room, together with the applicable $50.00 late fee per person, per room, and may be subject to any package price increase that may have occurred since the original reservation or package booking date. Cancun Jumpoff does not accept reservations or debit or credit card payments by telephone. All reservations requiring debit or credit card payment must be completed online through the official Cancun Jumpoff website at www.cancunjumpoff.com. All debit and credit card payments are processed by International Student Tours, Inc. ("ISTours"), acting solely in its administrative capacity on behalf of Cancun Jumpoff. Cardholders acknowledge and understand that all approved debit and credit card transactions will appear on the cardholder's financial institution or credit card statement as "ISTours, Inc." together with the customer service telephone number (800) 448-4444. The processing of participant payments by ISTours is performed solely on behalf of Cancun Jumpoff and shall not be construed as creating any ownership interest, operational responsibility, contractual obligation, or liability on the part of ISTours for the ownership, operation, management, supervision, or delivery of the Cancun Jumpoff event or any travel services provided by Cancun Jumpoff or its Independent Supplier(s). Cancun Jumpoff reserves the right to assess a $20.00 fee for each returned check and a $10.00 fee for each declined, refused, or otherwise unsuccessful debit or credit card transaction.
4) VOUCHERS AND COMP/DISCOUNTED PACKAGES: Registered participants who received a Cancun Jumpoff ("CJO") Travel Voucher (having no cash value) in their name for the amount of a previously assessed non-refundable cancellation fee relating to a CJO package purchased for the 2025 event or any prior event year may not apply that voucher toward a 2027 Cancun Jumpoff reservation or package. As provided in the applicable voucher terms issued to the participant, each CJO Travel Voucher is valid only for redemption during the CJO event year immediately following the event year in which it was issued and shall expire thereafter if not redeemed. A CJO Travel Voucher may not be applied toward the required per-person non-refundable and non-transferable booking deposit for a 2027 Cancun Jumpoff package. Any CJO Travel Voucher that remains eligible for redemption during the 2027 Cancun Jumpoff event must be redeemed solely by the participant to whom the voucher was originally issued, must remain in that participant's name, and must be redeemed no later than March 1, 2027, subject to package availability. Any eligible CJO voucher or promotional credit that is not redeemed by its applicable expiration date shall expire immediately following the conclusion of the 2027 Cancun Jumpoff Memorial Day Weekend event (May 26-31, 2027) and may not be transferred to another individual or applied toward any future Cancun Jumpoff event year. CJO Travel Vouchers, promotional complimentary ("comp") packages, promotional discounts, and credits have no cash value, are non-refundable, and are non-transferable, unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms and Conditions. No refund or additional credit shall be provided if the participant selects a package with a value less than the applicable voucher, complimentary package, or promotional discount, elects not to attend the event, cancels their reservation, or is a no-show to the event, regardless of the reason. Any promotional complimentary package or promotional discount issued for the 2027 Cancun Jumpoff event is valid only for the 2027 Cancun Jumpoff Memorial Day Weekend event (May 26-31, 2027) and only for the registered participant or account holder to whom the promotional package or discount was originally issued. If a participant who received a complimentary Event-Only Packages requests to upgrade to a Hotel Package, the maximum promotional value that may be applied toward the upgraded package shall not exceed $400.00 per complimentary package received, as Hotel Packages are already offered as discounted bundled packages. If the participant's selected package exceeds the value of any applicable CJO Travel Voucher, promotional complimentary package, or promotional discount, the participant shall remain responsible for payment of the remaining balance. Monthly progress payments, when applicable, shall continue to be required, and any remaining balance must be paid in full no later than the final payment deadline of March 12, 2027. If a registered participant has initiated, completed, or otherwise caused a credit card chargeback relating to any Cancun Jumpoff reservation or payment processed on behalf of Cancun Jumpoff within the preceding three (3) years, any CJO Travel Voucher, promotional complimentary package, promotional discount, or credit otherwise available to that participant shall immediately become void.
5) CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Cancun Jumpoff ("CJO") reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel any scheduled event, package, or travel program at any time. All participant cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by the registered account holder. Written cancellation requests may be mailed to International Student Tours, Inc. ("ISTours"), acting solely in its administrative capacity on behalf of Cancun Jumpoff, at 2330 East Bidwell Street, Suite 201, Folsom, California 95630, Attention: Cancellation Department, or submitted by email to cancunjumpoff@istours.com from the registered account holder's email address associated with the reservation. All cancellation requests must include the registered participant's name and corresponding Confirmation Number/Traveler ID Number. Verbal cancellations, voicemail messages, text messages, or cancellation requests submitted by anyone other than the registered account holder shall not be accepted or considered effective. To help protect the participant's interests, mailed cancellation requests should be sent by Certified Mail with Return Receipt Requested, and emailed cancellation requests should request a Read Receipt confirmation. The following cancellation and refund schedule applies to all Hotel Packages and other eligible package cancellations, including cancellations resulting from unexpected or unforeseen circumstances. Event-Only Packages are excluded from this refund schedule, as all Event-Only Package sales are final upon booking. The required $150.00 per person non-refundable and non-transferable booking deposit is non-refundable from the time of booking. Cancellation requests received between July 15, 2026, and March 11, 2027, shall be subject to a $150.00 per person cancellation fee. Cancellation requests received between March 12, 2027, and April 8, 2027, shall be subject to a $600.00 per person cancellation fee, in addition to any non-refundable charges imposed by the applicable hotel, resort, supplier, or vendor. Cancellation requests received on or after April 9, 2027, including participants who fail to travel ("no-shows") or cancellations resulting from COVID-19 or any other communicable illness, shall not be eligible for any refund. No refund shall be provided for accommodations, services, admissions, transportation, activities, meals, or other package components that are unused, voluntarily declined, missed, forfeited, or otherwise not utilized by the participant during the event. Cancun Jumpoff does not provide refunds when a participant is unable to travel because the participant fails to satisfy the applicable entry, admission, documentation, identification, health, vaccination, passport, visa, customs, immigration, governmental, supplier, venue, or destination requirements necessary for travel or participation in the event. Any cancellation eligible for a refund under these Terms and Conditions shall be refunded using the original payment method whenever reasonably practicable. Debit and credit card payments shall be refunded to the same debit or credit card account(s) most recently used for payment whenever possible. Payments originally made by Cashier's Check or Money Order shall be refunded by a single refund check issued in the name of the registered account holder. Approved refunds are generally processed within four (4) to eight (8) weeks following confirmation and approval of the cancellation request, although processing times may vary depending upon the participant's financial institution, payment method, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Cancun Jumpoff. ISTours, acting solely in its administrative capacity on behalf of Cancun Jumpoff, may process approved refunds using the original payment method on behalf of Cancun Jumpoff. Such administrative processing shall not be construed as creating any ownership interest, operational responsibility, contractual obligation, or liability on the part of ISTours for the operation, management, supervision, or delivery of the Cancun Jumpoff event or any travel services provided by Cancun Jumpoff or its Independent Supplier(s). Neither Cancun Jumpoff nor ISTours shall be responsible for delayed, rejected, returned, or misdirected refunds resulting from inaccurate participant information, changes to the registered account holder's mailing address, closed or restricted bank or credit card accounts, expired or replaced debit or credit cards, financial institution policies, or payments originally made using prohibited payment methods, including prepaid debit cards or gift cards.
6) NAME CHANGES: Name changes for Event-Only Packages are not permitted, as all Event-Only Package sales are final upon booking. A one-time name change of the primary (registered) account holder for a Hotel Package may be permitted only with the approval of Cancun Jumpoff and only for the purpose of transferring the existing reservation to another participant who is already assigned to the same room reservation because the registered account holder is no longer attending the event. All requests must be submitted in writing by the registered account holder by emailing cancunjumpoff@istours.com, together with the registered participant's name, Confirmation Number/Traveler ID Number, a completed and signed Cancun Jumpoff Name Change Form, and the required $50.00 non-refundable name change fee. International Student Tours, Inc. ("ISTours"), acting solely in its administrative capacity on behalf of Cancun Jumpoff, will receive and process approved name change requests on behalf of Cancun Jumpoff. Requests submitted by anyone other than the registered account holder, or from an email address not associated with the reservation, shall not be accepted. Primary account holder name changes cannot be completed through the participant's online reservation account. Approval of a primary account holder name change does not entitle the departing participant to a refund of any amounts previously paid toward the reservation. Cancun Jumpoff and ISTours will not participate in, process, or assume responsibility for any exchange or reimbursement of funds between participants. Any financial arrangements relating to the transfer of a reservation shall be handled solely between the departing participant and the incoming participant. If approved, the required $50.00 non-refundable name change fee must be paid before the name change will be processed and may be paid by either the departing participant or the incoming participant. The registered account holder may change the name of one or more roommates assigned to the Hotel Package reservation through their online Cancun Jumpoff account without submitting a Name Change Form and without payment of a name change fee. Any reimbursement or exchange of funds between roommates shall remain solely the responsibility of the participants involved. Cancun Jumpoff and ISTours will not process refunds or facilitate any exchange of funds relating to roommate changes. All primary account holder name change requests, roommate name changes, room occupancy changes, and any other room reservation changes must be completed no later than April 14, 2027. Effective April 15, 2027, no name changes, room changes, room occupancy changes, or reservation transfer requests of any kind will be accepted due to hotel, supplier, and operational deadlines.
7) HOTEL & ROOMING: Hotel room assignments are made solely by the hotel at the time of check-in. The date or time a reservation is booked does not guarantee or secure a particular room location, floor, view, building, bedding configuration, or other room preference, as all rooms are assigned on a "Run of House" (standard) basis unless otherwise specified by the hotel. Certain hotels may offer optional room upgrades or premium accommodations at check-in for an additional charge payable directly by the participant, subject to hotel availability. Package prices are based upon the room occupancy selected at the time of booking and are quoted for single (1), double (2), or triple (3) occupancy, as identified on the official Cancun Jumpoff website and/or promotional materials. Double and triple occupancy reservations do not guarantee that a room will contain two beds or any specific bedding configuration, as room assignments remain subject to the hotel's inventory and availability at check-in. Hotel check-in is generally available between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., and check-out is generally required between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. During periods of high occupancy or peak travel, hotel check-in may be delayed beyond the published check-in time. Most participating hotels will store luggage for arriving guests prior to check-in and for departing guests after check-out, subject to each hotel's policies and procedures. Published hotel package prices include all applicable hotel taxes. Incidental charges, including but not limited to damages, parking fees, resort fees where applicable, in-room refrigerators, rollaway beds, room service, telephone charges, premium internet services, or other optional hotel amenities, may require a separate credit card authorization or payment at check-in and remain the sole responsibility of the participant and/or the registered occupants assigned to the room. Due to the specially negotiated rates offered through Cancun Jumpoff, hotel reservations booked as part of a Cancun Jumpoff package are generally not eligible to receive hotel loyalty program points, rewards, credits, elite stay credit, or similar promotional benefits offered by the participating hotel or hotel brand. Cancun Jumpoff is not responsible for hotel renovations, construction, maintenance projects, temporary closures of amenities, or unforeseen electrical, plumbing, mechanical, technological, utility, or other operational failures occurring at the hotel or resort. Participants are responsible for reporting any room deficiencies, maintenance concerns, housekeeping issues, unavailable amenities, or other hotel-related concerns directly to hotel management immediately upon discovery, so the hotel has an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter during the participant's stay. If a participant is unable to report the issue immediately, the participant must notify hotel management before checking out of the hotel. If permitted by Cancun Jumpoff and the participating hotel, requests for reservation changes relating to a Hotel Package, including permitted rooming changes, must be submitted by the registered account holder in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Requests requiring review by Cancun Jumpoff may be submitted in writing by email to cancunjumpoff@istours.com, where International Student Tours, Inc. ("ISTours"), acting solely in its administrative capacity on behalf of Cancun Jumpoff, will receive and process such requests. All permitted reservation changes and rooming modifications must be completed no later than April 14, 2027. Effective April 15, 2027, no reservation changes, rooming changes, room occupancy changes, or similar requests will be accepted due to hotel, supplier, and operational deadlines.
8) MEDICAL AND COVID RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By submitting a reservation and participating in the Cancun Jumpoff event, the participant represents that they are in sufficiently good physical and mental health to participate in the selected travel program and do not have any medical condition, disability, or prescription medication requirement requiring special assistance or accommodations that have not been disclosed in writing to Cancun Jumpoff prior to travel. Requests for special accommodations remain subject to review and approval by Cancun Jumpoff and may be limited by the capabilities of Independent Supplier(s) or destination facilities. If a participant becomes ill, injured, or otherwise requires medical attention during the trip, the participant authorizes Cancun Jumpoff, its authorized representatives, and its Independent Supplier(s) to obtain or arrange reasonable emergency medical treatment, transportation, or other emergency assistance when, in their judgment, such action is considered reasonably necessary. The participant acknowledges and agrees that Cancun Jumpoff assumes no duty or obligation to provide or arrange such services and that any resulting medical, transportation, hospital, physician, pharmaceutical, evacuation, or related expenses shall remain the sole responsibility of the participant. The participant further agrees to promptly notify Cancun Jumpoff or its on-site representatives of any illness, injury, accident, medical emergency, or other health-related issue occurring during the trip. The participant acknowledges that travel and participation in group events may expose individuals to communicable illnesses, including, but not limited to, COVID-19 and its variants, despite the reasonable efforts of governments, suppliers, venues, transportation providers, hotels, resorts, and other third parties to reduce or mitigate such risks. The participant further understands that exposure to communicable illnesses may result in serious illness, permanent injury, disability, or death. By voluntarily participating in the Cancun Jumpoff event, the participant knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with exposure to communicable illnesses, including COVID-19 and its variants, and releases Cancun Jumpoff and International Student Tours, Inc. ("ISTours"), acting solely in its administrative capacity on behalf of Cancun Jumpoff, from any liability arising from or relating to the participant's exposure to or contraction of COVID-19 or any other communicable illness during or in connection with the trip, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law. The participant further acknowledges that governments, transportation providers, hotels, resorts, venues, suppliers, and destination authorities may impose or modify health, vaccination, testing, screening, quarantine, masking, documentation, or other public health requirements before or during travel. The participant accepts sole responsibility for complying with all applicable requirements and releases Cancun Jumpoff and ISTours from any liability arising from the participant's inability to travel, participate in activities, access accommodations, enter a destination, or receive services due to the participant's failure to satisfy such requirements or because such requirements change before or during the trip. Cancun Jumpoff encourages all participants to monitor their health before travel, take reasonable precautions to help reduce the spread of communicable illnesses, and follow the recommendations and guidance issued by applicable public health authorities before and during their trip.
9) TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE: Travel protection insurance is not included with any Cancun Jumpoff package and is not offered or provided by Cancun Jumpoff or International Student Tours, Inc. ("ISTours"). Participants are strongly encouraged to independently purchase a travel protection insurance policy to help protect their investment in the event they are required to cancel or interrupt their trip due to unforeseen circumstances. Depending upon the policy selected, travel protection insurance may also provide coverage for trip interruptions, travel delays, baggage loss or delay, emergency medical expenses, emergency medical transportation, and other covered events. Participants are solely responsible for reviewing the terms, conditions, exclusions, limitations, and eligibility requirements of any travel protection policy they choose to purchase. Many travel protection insurance policies do not provide refunds of insurance premiums except under limited circumstances and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the insurance policy. Participants should carefully review the policy before purchasing to determine whether it meets their individual needs. As a courtesy only, Cancun Jumpoff recommends that participants consider obtaining information from the following independent travel protection insurance providers: USI Affinity Travel Insurance Services, (855) 874-0156, customercare@travelinsure.com; Cultural Insurance Services International (CISI), (800) 303-8120 ext. 5509, enrollments@culturalinsurance.com; or Travel Insured International, (855) 752-8303, customercare@travelinsured.com. These companies are independent third-party providers and are not owned, operated, managed, endorsed, or controlled by Cancun Jumpoff or ISTours. Cancun Jumpoff and ISTours make no representation or warranty regarding the availability, suitability, coverage, benefits, exclusions, pricing, or performance of any insurance policy offered by these providers, and participants are solely responsible for selecting any insurance coverage they choose to purchase.
10) ACCESSIBILITY, SPECIAL ASSISTANCE & FOOD ALLERGIES: Participants requiring accessibility accommodations due to a disability, special assistance, or who have food allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, or other special needs requiring accommodation, must notify Cancun Jumpoff in writing no later than thirty (30) days prior to the participant's confirmed departure date by emailing cancunjumpoff@istours.com. International Student Tours, Inc. ("ISTours"), acting solely in its administrative capacity on behalf of Cancun Jumpoff, will receive and coordinate the participant's request with Cancun Jumpoff and, when appropriate, communicate the request to the applicable hotel, transportation provider, venue, restaurant, or other independent supplier. While Cancun Jumpoff will make reasonable efforts to communicate approved accommodation requests to the applicable Independent Supplier(s), neither Cancun Jumpoff nor ISTours guarantees that any requested accommodation, modification, dietary request, or special assistance will be available or provided. Accessibility accommodations remain subject to the capabilities, policies, operational limitations, availability, and legal requirements applicable to the independent supplier and destination, including laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), where applicable. Participants acknowledge that accommodations, accessibility standards, and legal requirements outside the United States may differ from those available or required within the United States. Participants with food allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, or other special dietary needs acknowledge that food preparation standards, ingredient labeling, allergen disclosures, and cross-contamination practices may differ from those in the United States. Participants remain solely responsible for communicating directly with hotels, restaurants, transportation providers, venues, and other Independent Supplier(s) regarding ingredient information, food preparation practices, allergen exposure risks, and available meal options. Neither Cancun Jumpoff nor ISTours can guarantee an allergen-free environment or that every supplier will be able to accommodate every dietary restriction, food allergy, disability, or special assistance request. Upon written request, Cancun Jumpoff will make efforts to provide participants with available information regarding the accessibility of hotels, transportation, event venues, and other facilities included as part of the participant's package. Such information is provided solely as a courtesy, is based upon information made available by Independent Supplier(s), and may be changed by those suppliers without notice. By participating in the Cancun Jumpoff event, the participant acknowledges and accepts the limitations associated with international travel accommodations and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the availability, adequacy, or provision of accessibility accommodations, special assistance, dietary accommodations, and food allergy accommodations provided or not provided by Independent Supplier(s). To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the participant releases Cancun Jumpoff and ISTours from any liability arising out of or relating to the participant's disability accommodations, accessibility needs, special assistance requests, dietary restrictions, food allergies, or other accommodation requests that are unavailable, modified, denied, or otherwise not provided by any independent supplier.
11) GROUND TRANSPORTATION & AIRPORT TRANSFERS: Ground transportation provided as part of a Cancun Jumpoff hotel package is subject to all applicable governmental approvals, operating authorities, transportation regulations, and the availability of licensed independent transportation providers. Cancun Jumpoff reserves the right to substitute transportation providers or change the type, size, routing, scheduling, or capacity of any motorcoach, shuttle, bus, van, or other ground transportation vehicle when deemed necessary for operational, safety, or logistical reasons. No refund, credit, or compensation shall be provided for such substitutions or operational changes. Complimentary airport-to-hotel and hotel-to-airport transportation is provided only to participants holding an eligible Hotel Package reservation who comply with all transportation requirements, deadlines, and procedures established by Cancun Jumpoff and the designated transfer company. Airport and hotel transportation pick-up and drop-off locations, schedules, and procedures shall be determined by Cancun Jumpoff and/or the designated independent transfer company. Participants are solely responsible for arriving at the designated transportation location at the date and time specified and for boarding all scheduled transportation on time with valid government-issued photo identification (a valid passport), and all other documentation required for international travel. Participants must submit both their arrival and return flight information to/from Cancun, Mexico, no later than May 5, 2027, in accordance with the transportation instructions provided by Cancun Jumpoff. Participants who fail to submit the required flight information by the stated deadline, fail to board their scheduled airport transfers, fail to schedule or reconfirm their return airport transportation as required by the designated transfer company, or fail to possess the required travel documentation shall be solely responsible for making and paying for any alternate transportation arrangements. Cancun Jumpoff shall not be obligated to arrange substitute transportation or provide any refund, reimbursement, or credit under such circumstances. All participants utilizing the complimentary airport transfer service are required to schedule or reconfirm their return transportation from their approved Cancun Jumpoff hotel to the Cancun International Airport (CUN) with the designated transfer company either at the time they check in for their arrival transfer in Cancun or no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to their scheduled departing flight, in accordance with the transfer company's procedures. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the forfeiture of the participant's returning airport transportation, and Cancun Jumpoff and ISTours shall not be responsible for any resulting transportation expenses, missed flights, or other losses.
12) TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION: Participants are solely responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and presenting all passports, visas, identification, authorizations, health documentation, entry permits, and any other travel documents required by the United States, Mexico, or any other applicable governmental authority, airline, transportation provider, supplier, or destination in connection with the participant's travel. Participants traveling internationally who are United States citizens are required to possess a valid United States passport booklet that remains valid in accordance with all applicable governmental and destination requirements. Participants who are not United States citizens are solely responsible for contacting the appropriate embassy, consulate, or governmental authority to determine and obtain all documentation, visas, permits, or other travel requirements applicable to their citizenship and travel itinerary. Participants traveling within the United States are responsible for possessing valid government-issued photo identification that satisfies all applicable federal, state, airline, and transportation security requirements. Participants under eighteen (18) years of age traveling internationally are strongly encouraged to carry a notarized letter of consent signed by their parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s), particularly when traveling with only one parent/legal guardian or with an adult who is not the participant's parent or legal guardian, as immigration or border officials may request such documentation. Participants who do not possess the required travel documentation are solely responsible for any resulting delays, denied boarding, denied entry, missed transportation, additional expenses, or inability to participate in the event. As provided elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions, refunds will not be issued when a participant is unable to travel or participate because the participant failed to obtain or present the required travel documentation. Participants are strongly encouraged to apply for passports and obtain all required travel documentation as early as possible before departure. Cancun Jumpoff recommends that participants regularly review the most current international travel documentation requirements published by the U.S. Department of State at www.travel.state.gov/travel, together with any applicable guidance issued by airlines, destination governments, or other governmental authorities prior to departure.
13) SELLERS OF TRAVEL: International Student Tours, Inc. ("ISTours"), acting solely as the independent administrative service provider for Cancun Jumpoff, is registered as a Seller of Travel in the jurisdictions identified below. ISTours' Seller of Travel registrations are maintained solely in connection with its administrative services, including reservation administration, payment processing, and related customer support performed on behalf of Cancun Jumpoff. Such registrations shall not be construed as creating any ownership interest or operational responsibility on the part of ISTours for the ownership, organization, promotion, operation, management, supervision, or delivery of the Cancun Jumpoff event or any travel services provided by Cancun Jumpoff or its Independent Supplier(s). If transportation or other travel services arranged through ISTours on behalf of Cancun Jumpoff are cancelled by Cancun Jumpoff, any sums paid to ISTours for services not performed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions shall be refunded in accordance with applicable Seller of Travel laws. Refunds for services not performed shall be issued within thirty (30) days after ISTours receives the applicable refund from the vendor or supplier through whom the services were arranged. If the funds were not remitted to the vendor or supplier, the applicable refund shall be issued within fifteen (15) days following cancellation, unless the participant requests in writing that the funds be applied toward another eligible Cancun Jumpoff package or event date, if available. Seller of Travel Registration Numbers: California Seller of Travel Registration No. 2079143-40, Florida Seller of Travel Registration No. ST41799, Washington Seller of Travel Registration No. 602-524-335. 14) PRIVACY, INFORMATION SHARING & MEDIA RELEASE: In order to administer reservations and facilitate the services included as part of the participant's Cancun Jumpoff package, Cancun Jumpoff and International Student Tours, Inc. ("ISTours"), acting solely in its administrative capacity on behalf of Cancun Jumpoff, may collect, use, maintain, and share participant information with Independent Supplier(s) and service providers as reasonably necessary to administer the participant's reservation and provide the purchased travel services. Such suppliers may include, but are not limited to, hotels, transportation providers, destination management companies, event operators, activity providers, payment processors, insurance providers, technology service providers, and other vendors or contractors involved in the administration or operation of the participant's travel arrangements. Participant information will be used and shared only as reasonably necessary to administer reservations, process payments, coordinate travel services, comply with applicable legal requirements, and operate the Cancun Jumpoff event. During the Cancun Jumpoff event, photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, testimonials, interviews, and other digital media may be captured by Cancun Jumpoff, ISTours, their authorized representatives, independent contractors, media personnel, or other individuals acting on behalf of Cancun Jumpoff. By participating in the event, the participant grants Cancun Jumpoff and ISTours the unrestricted, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to photograph, record, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, edit, modify, and otherwise use the participant's name, likeness, image, voice, statements, and appearance, individually or together with others, in any media now known or later developed, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, brochures, advertisements, promotional materials, emails, digital publications, videos, presentations, and other marketing or promotional materials, without additional notice, compensation, inspection, or approval. The participant further waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the use to which such photographs, recordings, or other media may be applied and releases Cancun Jumpoff, ISTours, and their respective employees, representatives, contractors, successors, assigns, and Independent Supplier(s) from any claims arising out of or relating to the capture, use, publication, or distribution of such media, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
15) ENTIRE AGREEMENT, GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION: By signing this Agreement, submitting an online reservation, clicking any acceptance button during the online registration process, or otherwise participating in the Cancun Jumpoff event, the participant acknowledges and represents that the participant has carefully read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, fully understands their legal effect, has had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice to the extent the participant deems appropriate, and voluntarily enters into this Agreement freely and without fraud, duress, coercion, or undue influence. The participant further acknowledges and agrees that Cancun Jumpoff, including its owners, affiliated entities, and event operators, including O International, CJO Events LLC, and Gibbs VC, is the sole owner, organizer, promoter, operator, manager, sponsor, and responsible contracting party for the Cancun Jumpoff event and all travel services offered in connection therewith. The participant further acknowledges that International Student Tours, Inc. ("ISTours") has been retained solely as an independent administrative service provider to perform reservation administration, payment processing, reservation support, and related customer service functions on behalf of Cancun Jumpoff. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as creating any ownership interest, operational responsibility, contractual obligation, or liability on the part of ISTours for the ownership, organization, promotion, operation, management, supervision, or delivery of the Cancun Jumpoff event or any services provided by Cancun Jumpoff or its Independent Supplier(s). These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and Cancun Jumpoff concerning the participant's reservation, travel arrangements, and participation in the Cancun Jumpoff event and supersede all prior or contemporaneous oral or written representations, understandings, negotiations, advertisements, or agreements relating thereto. No statement, representation, promise, waiver, or agreement not expressly contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon Cancun Jumpoff or the participant. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The parties agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the participant's reservation, or participation in the Cancun Jumpoff event shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in Sacramento County, California, in accordance with the applicable rules governing such proceedings. Judgment upon the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. ISTours is a member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and, where applicable, participates in the Better Business Bureau's dispute resolution and arbitration programs in accordance with BBB policies and procedures. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. These Terms and Conditions may be modified only by a written instrument expressly authorized by Cancun Jumpoff. No oral statement, verbal modification, course of conduct, or prior practice shall modify or waive any provision of these Terms and Conditions unless expressly confirmed in writing by Cancun Jumpoff. If more than one participant or responsible party executes or accepts this Agreement with respect to the same reservation, each such individual shall be jointly and severally liable for all obligations arising under these Terms and Conditions.
